Funding for Feasibility Studies to Develop Digital Services (UK) currently available
IDEA is pleased to inform its supporters that the Technology Strategy Board has announced an investment of up to £2 million in feasibility studies to stimulate innovation by small and micro companies in digital services
The aim of this investment is to help companies to harness emerging growth opportunities and overcome initial hurdles to development. The call for proposals will open on the 10th January 2011 and will close on the 10th February 2011. Grants will be of up to £25,000 will be available, and each funded project will last up to three months. Project proposals must relate to new emerging business opportunities for digital services in one of the following areas; using data sources in the public domain; complementing public sector provision of services to citizens; emergence of the 'Internet of Things'; challenges to adoption of cloud-based computing....
